I would like to give a compliment to a company whose owner lives in our neighborhood. The assistance he provided getting my house ready to sale was invaluable. Originally we had a scheduled date, but due to special circumstances he accommodated me by doing some things early to make sure that I had the best photos and my house was ready for its first showing. He assisted with items in and outside my house and did a phenomenal job. I was moving across country which can be high stress. Having Lonnie and his family based business assisting me took away a lot of those stresses.

Time was running out for us to find a make-ready company to get our home ready to sell. After hiring the team, we found the Lonnie was proactive and very responsive to questions, requests, etc. He understood our requirements and was sensitive to our timeline. Once we were ready to start, the team sprang into action and finished the job much faster than I imagined.
