Lonnie Carter currently serves as a the owner and operator of the 1st Impression Make Ready and Janitorial Team. He was born in raised in Oklahoma City where he began his restaurant career. Lonnie has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. After starting his first job in the hospitality business as a teenager, he quickly realized that this was his passion and this was the industry he was going to pursue.
For the next several years, he went on to work with some very reputable Concepts, learning all facets of the business, while serving in various capacities and leadership roles.
Finally in 2007, Lonnie established 1st Impression Make Ready and Janitorial Services. His background with both restaurants and their corporate locations gave Lonnie a higher level experience when it came to cleanliness, giving him the eye for detail.
Ultimately Lonnie enjoys recruiting, training and developing hungry individuals and exceeding the clients expectations by providing the highest quality services beyond the clients expectations.
Brittany DiMarco has over 10 years experience in the customer service industry. Having grown up in New York City, Brittany has worked with some of the best companies out there enabling her to learn a wide variety of client needs!
After spending some time helping a local business improve their operations, Brittany realized her passion for guest relations and consumer experience through a solid and innovative business foundation. Today Brittany utilizes her skills and knowledge to curate a one-of-a-kind experience for her clients making sure they're happy the first time and every time they work together.
Brianna Soto has a passion for building relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service. Working in the customer service industry for over 7 years now, making people smile and ensuring every experience is a memorable one has been something that she thrives for.
